Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your order is delayed in transit, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery. If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period of time, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and your order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address. Any additional shipping costs associated with reshipping an order may be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier before contacting us.
